Project description
This project that we have been developing for some time now, has had the support of the EUROPEAN UNION with a CDTI granted two years ago.
We have been able to develop a team that provides the large bread lines, a sourdough with high traceability achieving lasting results over time. For implementation in large industries, we have pilot equipment for the final adjustment of the desired product.
